On a gender basis when it comes to the sport of angling, it’s often the male perception that femininity and fishing are at opposite ends of the scale. A wise man will hold his tongue on such ideas and with reputations being what they are, should perhaps also refrain from wetting a line until he has first observed a few lady anglers in action. Don’t be fooled by the make up and long fingernails, baiting a hook or casting a lure is all too often made to look easy. Dare I say it but in many cases, the attention to detail that women so often possess is one of the traits that make them excellent anglers in the first place.

Good to see the lady having a go, I’d love the wife to come for a fish with me, if she hooked a big one like that Im sure she would brow beat it into the boat.
cheers.
You could have posted that like before I met the wife, on so many occassions now she has outfished me…its depressing. However I have since learnt that when they seem to be taking all day to get a line in..bite my tongue, when jiggling the rod all over the place..bite my tongue, when picking out and using a lure that looks better suited to a patchwork class than in the river..once again bite my tongue. After 15 yrs of seeing everything I ever learnt being totally ignored and being outfished in the process, there is only one possible explanation..women catch female fish, and thats the only delusional explanation I have so I am sticking to it.
Catchya… if the wife dont first #$%^ !!!!!
