- Shipping & Delivery
- All shipping and delivery is done with Australia Post at a cost of $2.00 per item up to $200.00. Orders over $200.00 are postage free. We usually ship goods the same day or first business day after payment. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to notify customers of shipment date. Most packages arrive 1-3 days after order. If packages haven’t arrived in 5 business days, please contact us. If you are not home at time of delivery, a card will be left so that packages can be collected from the nearest Post Office.
- Privacy & Security
- Your privacy is important to us. Only information required to process orders is collected and stored. This information is kept in a secure site and is only used for processing orders and sending newsletters where requested. When processing on-line payment, PayPal is used. This is an efficient and secure way of buying on-line.
- Returns & Replacements
- We will replace all broken or damaged goods upon receival by customer and return postage for said items. Any other items damaged after use will be replaced at our discretion.
- Ordering and Payment
- Orders can be paid for via PayPal or direct debit into our bank account, the details of which are available on site. Other means of payment include an Australian Post money order or if you prefer personal cheque. In the case of the last two, allow up to three working days for funds to clear or arrive. Your gear will be posted immediately confirmation of payment is made.
